Eligibility

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the Revolut recruitment team for interviews and further assessment. Final selection will be based on experience, leadership ability, and role suitability.

Lead and manage a team of 10–15 FinCrime Analysts. Monitor daily team productivity and quality performance. Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews. Improve operational processes and workflows. Identify unusual trends and recommend improvements. Resolve complex customer and operational issues. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders. Support law enforcement investigations when required. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Fluency in English (C1+). Minimum 1 year of team management experience. Experience managing teams of 5+ employees. Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure. Multitasking and project management skills. Sound judgment and problem-solving capability.
