Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the Myntra recruitment team for interviews and further assessment. Final selection will be based on qualifications, experience, and overall suitability for the Phoenix Returnship Program.

Develop and execute buying and merchandising strategies. Manage product assortment and inventory planning. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders. Analyze sales trends and customer insights. Optimize pricing and promotional strategies. Monitor inventory performance and profitability. Improve product visibility and customer experience. Support merchandising decisions through data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional business teams.

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. Preferred background in NIFT, Pearl Academy, Buying & Merchandising. 4–8 years of buying or merchandising experience. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge. Understanding of retail mathematics and inventory management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
