Eligibility

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the Deloitte Talent Acquisition team for interviews and further selection rounds based on business requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end campus recruitment and hiring activities. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements. Source candidates through various recruitment channels. Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards. Ensure compliance and confidentiality throughout the hiring process. Conduct candidate screening and fitment evaluation. Negotiate offers and coordinate offer rollouts. Maintain candidate engagement until onboarding. Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Support and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
MBA (HR) from a reputed institute. Experience in Talent Acquisition or Campus Recruitment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Business understanding and stakeholder management. Experience with recruitment sourcing platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building skills.
